One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big notice on the door on which was written:'Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym'.In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself. The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room.The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up. Everyone thought: 'Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!'. One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:'There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU. You are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. You are the only person who can help yourself. Astral Planes and Dimensions

The majority of people here on planet earth consider death as a tragedy of the highest proportions. We simply don’t understand that life on the other side of the veil is the higher reality, while life here on earth is one of preparation - a learning environment that allows us to gather the much needed wisdom and understanding required for further development and evolution in our natural home - the higher spiritual realms.When we shed the outer garment that is our physical body, we move into finer vibrational zones of the Astral Plane. This sphere of existence consists of a lower, middle, and higher Astral, although each plane actually contains many dimensions of varying vibratory rates. After physical death, most of us reportedly “wake up” in our astral body, living in the specific astral plane in which substance is vibrating at the same rate as the substance of our astral body. This is sometimes called our home frequency. During our lives on Earth and beyond we determine our vibratory rate by our thoughts, attitudes and spiritual understanding. Fear and resentment produce low vibrations, while love produces very high vibrations. Orthodox closed-mindedness (whether religious, scientific or political) produces low vibrations. Attachments to worldly things creates low vibrations, while calm detachment in the Eastern tradition produces high vibrations.
The Unseen RealmsRadio and TV signals fill the room you are in right now, and if your eyes and ears were built a little differently, you would actually be able to see and hear them, just as you can see sunbeams streaming through the window onto the furniture and hear the cat purring on your lap. If you could “see” the radio and TV signals all around you, you would be overwhelmed by the many personalities, comedies, dramas, news programs, and action movies all competing for your attention.As it is, the radio and TV signals vary in vibration or frequency, so that each signal remains distinct even though they’re all jumbled together in the same space. That way, the electronic circuits within a TV or radio can tune-in to a distinct signal, allowing us to hear only one program sent by only one station. The signals are separated from each other by frequency, so they can’t overwhelm us.The room you’re in is also filled with countless realms of existence beyond the physical world, all teeming with life. And again, if your eyes and ears could see and hear those non-physical realms, the room would be incomprehensibly crowded, and you would be completely overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of the many entities around you.Likewise, the many realms of existence (dimensions) all inhabit the same space, but each realm remains distinct by its vibration. In this case it is not a radio or TV frequency, but rather the vibration of consciousness that makes each realm unique and discrete, so that the inhabitants and activities of that realm aren’t disturbed by the many other beings inhabiting other realms, all of which are teeming with life.The Realms of SpiritThe Lower Astral Planes are described as a dark, dismal world reminiscent of the Christian purgatory or hell. After dying, some people, because of the low vibration of their thoughts, are pulled toward and trapped near the physical plane in a state of confusion. There being no sense of time nor space in the worlds of spirit, they might reside here for years or even centuries of Earth time, totally bewildered, not even aware that they have died.The Middle Astral Planes are pleasant realms where 60-70 percent of us wake up to be rehabilitated after our earthly education in “the school of hard knocks.”The Higher Astral Planes are wonderful realms called Heaven by Christians, or the Summerland by spiritualists. About ten percent of the human population arrive at this level after “death”.The Mental-Causal Planes are a realm of divine inspiration, free of earthly desires and conflict. The beings in these dimensions inspire many of the artistic and technical breakthroughs on Earth by sending silent messages to its inhabitants.The astral planes are much like Earth, though more mental, less physical. In the spirit worlds thoughts create reality, so as thousands of people leave Earth and enter the astral planes, the worlds in those subtler planes take on an Earth-like appearance. Many messages we receive from “the other side” describe concert halls, museums, hospitals, schools and homes much like those on Earth, all set amongst flower-strewn meadows, mountains, and rivers that are like the landscapes on Earth, but more magnificent.While the ultimate destiny of every soul lies in the “higher” or subtler planes in and beyond the celestial frequencies, a typical lifetime on Earth as a non-spiritual or moderately spiritual person drags our soul down to low frequencies. After physical death, our soul, being somewhat “acclimatized” to the Earth plane, would feel out of place in the higher realms, so the astral planes provide a buffer zone between a dense Earth plane rife with deception, fear and violence, and the higher, subtle realms of pure love, Light and wisdom. The astral planes provide very pleasant surroundings for resting before moving on. However, not everyone moves on right away. Some departed souls enjoy the astral planes so much that they choose to stay for centuries. Others choose to return to Earth to experience another lifetime in a new body - a process known as re-incarnation.It has long been known that a new arrival in the spirit worlds, after a life on Earth with a typical western spiritual education, is initially lost and bewildered by the almost unimaginable series of new and strange experiences. Often there is an overriding sadness regarding the loved ones left behind. Such grief is completely natural - on both sides of the veil - but the new arrival must get on with the business of starting a new life. Excessive and prolonged grief by family members left behind on Earth presents a tie that tends to hinder the new arrival from concentrating on the job of starting a whole new life. It literally pulls the spirit of the newly deceased into low frequencies near the Earth and holds it there.New arrivals have the opportunity to get to know people-in-spirit from all stages of human history and to meet unfamiliar, intelligent beings of non earthly origin. How readily a newcomer can accept the many new and unusual things, is a factor in determining how quickly he or she may move on to the subtler dimensions. There is no real need to eat food. The astral body absorbs everything it needs for its health and well-being from its surroundings. There is no need for sex as there is no pregnancy in spirit. Still, sex as well as eating can be enjoyed in the astral planes by those who made it a major part of their lives while on Earth. Eventually they will find more important things to do.Astral worlds are typically clean, pure and well organized. All planets are inhabited at the higher levels and within these higher planes of existence are lakes, forests, rivers, and oceans. There are no pests or predators. Climate is always spring like. New arrivals are usually drawn to an astral family of people with whom they are compatible - spiritually and mentally. In the astral planes we have true freedom.Moving on upAs people move upward from the middle to the higher planes, their astral bodies become lighter, subtler, and of higher-frequency substance. When they reach the rapid vibrations of the mental-causal planes, their astral bodies disappear. The mental body is not really a body at all and can be described as a glowing mass of energy. Some people who advance into the mental-causal planes lose their interest in the affairs of Earth and move onto bigger realities. Other people return frequently to the astral planes, donning astral bodies as they descend, so that they can be involved in earthly projects such as the awakening of humanity.Life in the lower stages of the astral world duplicate in every detail our lives on earth. Were it no so, the shock for the many who are uninstructed and ignorant would be more than they could stand. And so it has to be accomplished by very easy stages. The next stage of life resembles this current physical world. That is why so many in the astral planes are unaware they have passed beyond the physical.Here essentially it is a world of thought, where thought is reality. And, being a thought world, thought moulds every expression of its life and its activity. Being so near to the earth plane, and peopled by men and women who are naturally still very material in their outlook on life, the expression of the thought is very gross and so, they tend to think in terms of physical things. They cannot think of life apart from its physical aspects. There has never filtered into their consciousness any understanding of a life apart from the purely physical. They cannot visualise spiritual activities and, because they cannot visualise them, they have no place in their scheme of things. But there are degrees of astral life, for gradually as awakening comes, the grossness slowly but surely becomes more refined, and life, they begin to see, is something beyond its material aspect. When spiritual realisation dawns they are ‘dead’ to the astral world and they begin to live in the world of spirit. There are many deaths and many births within the many mansions (dimensions) of the Father.The Lower Astral Plane is for the uninstructed and the ignorant - those who are unaware of the existence of spiritual realities - who can’t visualise anything beyond the purely physical. The astral world is not divided into watertight compartments.You do not climb from one sphere into another; you grow - you evolve. The lower gives way to the higher. You ‘die’ and are born again and again. You do not lose the astral body in quite the same way that you lose the material body. It becomes rarefied and refined as the lower drops away. Death really means transformation and resurrection - the rising of the higher out of the lower.Your ‘dead’ relatives are closer than you know. They know your secrets, the unspoken desires of your minds, your wishes, your hopes and your fears. And all the while they bring their influence to bear on you, to guide you so that you may be able to extract from your earthly lives the experiences so necessary for the growth of your souls. They are not vague, shadowy, nebulous beings, but real men and women who love you still and who are in reality closer to you than ever they have been before.There is no parliament in the spirit world because there is no need to make laws to regulate the lives of the people who dwell there. The natural law takes care of people in the spirit world because they are confronted with it in a form which is inescapable. Because they no longer have physical bodies; the problem of physical life does not concern them. They are now expressing themselves in spiritual form and the natural law is in operation. There is no need for any intermediary.In the halls or buildings of learning there are collections of varying kinds, of objects relating to earthly life throughout history, and also collections of interesting forms of spiritual life. For example, flowers that have not bloomed on earth and many other phases of natural life unknown to the third dimension.Gifts, talents and faculties which people had on earth do not end with death. Death brings them greater freedom and the extended opportunities to express those talents.Telepathy is the common method of communicating with each other. But it is possible for those who know how, to reach and address vast numbers, even when they are not themselves present.There are no newspapers in our earthly sense, because there is no necessity to chronicle happenings, as we do on Earth. Information is constantly being dispensed to those who should have it by the ones whose occupation it is to spread these facts. There are people engaged on the task of disseminating these thoughts. They are specially trained for it.If someone passes on who is known to many people by a certain name, it may be convenient for him to keep that name as long as it is necessary for him or her to be so identified. That may take hundreds or even thousands of years. But once you have passed beyond the magnetic field of the earth, your name does not matter because you are then known for the individual that you truly are. Once you have passed the stage of earthly association and reached the span of spiritual life to which you are thus entitled, you emit a light, an aura, a radiation, which indicates who and what you are.There is nothing in our world of matter with which you can compare the life of the spirit, where you are free from the body of matter, with liberty to go where you will, to see your thoughts take shape and to follow out the desires of your heart. This is the world where the artist finds all his dreams come true, where the painter and the poet realise their ambition, where genius has full power of expression, where the repressions of Earth are swept away and all gifts and talents are used in the service of one another. There are vast halls or buildings dedicated to all the arts, and literature has its place among them. It is possible to obtain knowledge of any subject in which you are interested.On the other side there are no clumsy words to express inspiration, but where thought is the living language and reveals itself with lightning rapidity. This is the world with no money worries, no competition, no unemployment, no slums, no selfishness, an only one religion - that of love.Flowers such as you have never seen, colours such as your eye has never beheld, scenes and forests. Birds, plants, streams and mountains - the astral plane has them all - in magnificent splendour! We have nothing on Earth to compare them with! And you will be able to enjoy it all.After physical ‘death’When we die and shed the physical body, we normally live on in the quantum realm for a few days. The Quantum realm is a sort of midway house between the physical and astral realms where we can prepare for the next stage in our transition.We still possess a body of form and structure nearly identical to our physical body, but it’s lighter, subtler and more vibrant. This after-death interlude is supposed to be a gentle, relaxed time during which we get acclimated to our newfound freedom and lightness of being, and we tie up loose ends of our recent lifetime before moving on to the higher frequencies of the Astral Realms. We might journey back to the earh plane to visit friends and loved ones at their bedside, when their minds are in that half-awakened state in which they are consciously attuned to the spirit worlds, so that they can see our smiling face and hear our thoughts. Then, after a few days in the quantum realm, we move smoothly into the astral worlds and settle into a life of bliss, enjoyment and good service.The Lower Astral RealmWhile the quantum realm is supposed to be a gentle, relaxed area for everyone who leaves the Earth, it has developed dismal pockets of darkness and negativity where some people get stuck for a while before moving on to the the higher astral worlds. Some refer to this level as the Lower Astral. These pockets of darkness exist mainly due to humanity’s fear of death, a result of spiritual ignorance and misunderstanding. They boil over and spill back onto the Earth to stir up more negativity and they present an obstacle to many people leaving the Earth and looking for paradise.Formation of darknessAs we approach death, we are supposed to be aware of the paradise that awaits us, and our thoughts and feelings of anticipation can then give us an inner joy and peacefulness which we carry along into the quantum realm at the moment of death. Most people make their transitions in that peaceful way. If all people died in that fashion—anticipating the beauty that awaited them—the quantum realm would be a place of delightful expectancy. Instead, some people on their death beds are wrought by uncertainty, remorse, and fear. Many people don’t believe there is an afterlife. They think that when they die, that’s the end. They regret leaving loved ones behind whom they’ll never see again. They desperately want to stay on the Earth, and their desperation sometimes reaches the level of panic. They regret that they didn’t accomplish more while they were alive. The troubled feelings present an obstacle on the road to paradise.Most people on their deathbed have vivid dreams and visions of departed loved ones who approach them, beckoning them home, and those visions are supposed to be reassuring. Individuals who don’t believe in afterlife are usually confused and often terrified by the sight of “dead people” in their presence. Some newly deceased people struggle intensely to escape the people in spirit who have come to help them find paradise. They struggle to stay attached to Earth and their living loved ones. Sometimes these confused, troubled individuals without physical bodies remain attached to a residence on Earth, refusing to leave—trapped by their own fears and mis-understandings. Their energies can sometimes be sensed by those still in physical form. Occasionally this energy manifests as a whispy, ghostly apparition, and some people have reported seeing these “ghosts” as they wander obsessively in and around the house. Sometimes these entities are drawn into the pockets of darkness in the quantum realm which are inhabited by other confused individuals.The challenge of humanity today is to spread the word of spiritual reality as quickly and as widely as possible, to wash away the fear of death which feeds the pockets of darkness in the quantum realm. It is time to restore the quantum realm to its intended state of gentle anticipation—a place of smooth and happy transition from a lifetime on Earth into the paradise of the astral worlds.The Astral Realm is a world of form much like the Earth, though astral structures are easier to affect with thought and intention. Compared to our dense and heavy physical world, the astral world seems wispy and ethereal to us, but not to astral residents. Their world seems as solid and real to them as ours seems to us.The astral realm contains many, many divisions of varying vibratory rates. The astral contains a “fourth level,” or mid-astral dimension, and the “fifth level,” or higher astral dimension. The lower the vibration, the denser the substance. After we have shed our physical body, most of us reportedly “wake up” in our astral body living in the astral region where substance is vibrating at a rate compatible to the substance of our astral body. This is sometimes called our home frequency. This frequency resonates with our own personal note - our personal frequency of vibration. Like attracts like, and we are drawn to the level of vibrational reality that exactly matches our own.During our lives on Earth and beyond, we determine our vibratory rate by our thoughts, attitudes and spiritual understanding. Fear and resentment produce low vibrations, while love and reverence produce high vibrations. Devotion to a community raises the vibration, while isolation and separation lower it. Others return to Earth for one reason or another to experience another lifetime in a new body.Some residents live in thought-construct castles, fortresses or beautiful mansions, others in tents or teepees, whatever makes them comfortable. There is no real need to eat, as astral residents acquire their nourishment through the loving energy of The Source, an energy which permeates through all levels of creation. Still, astral residents can eat if they have the desire, and most people newly arrived from Earth carry that desire with them. There is no need for sex, as there is no pregnancy in spirit, but sex can be enjoyed in the astral realm by those who made it a major part of their lives while on Earth. Eventually there will be more important things to do than following terrestrial patterns.There are many astral communities or regions differentiated by vibration and the interests of their inhabitants. New arrivals are usually drawn to an astral family of people with whom they are compatible spiritually and mentally. They suddenly find themselves without the physical body that needs to be fed, clothed, sheltered, exercised, and rejuvenated everyday with several hours of sleep. Suddenly they have a great sense of freedom.
Planes are not the same as dimensionsThere are as many planes as there are dimensions. And the planes have within them many dimensions and grid systems as well. Connections between planes are by way of portals of dimensionality. It is through experiencing various planes of expression that the soul is able to garner information and utilize it and then send it forth through portals into dimensions.
The Seven PlanesThere are six major planes existing between the physical earth plane and the Source. These are not separate areas of existence, but frequencies or states of being interpenetrating each other. The heavier and grosser the matter the lower its frequency. Earth is the grossest and heaviest with the Source the finest and lightest.The First PlaneWe will designate the earth plane as the First Plane. When a spirit is ready to move ahead in its experience, its new awareness and raised frequency will raise it to the next plane. As the wisdom and light quotient of the spirit grows, its vibration or frequency becomes finer and higher until eventually it achieves its objective - a resonate state of complete harmony and oneness with the Source.The Second PlaneThe Astral Plane. As mentioned, the Astral Plane consists of a number of differing dimensional frequencies, from the lower Astral plane, to the mid-planes, to the higher Astral plane. Often referred to as the Summerland, the Astral Plane is where spirit is at liberty to re-create conditions on earth as it experienced them in its physical body, or to create fantasies to gratify repressed yearnings of the recent earthly life. A spirit can remain in this state for as long as it wishes. It moves on only when its desire to progress is expressed. They may then decide to reincarnate time and time again until they eventually reach a more enlightened thought state - a level of understanding that enables them to move on to the Third Plane.The Third PlaneOn arrival at the Third Plane, the spirit will learn more about the physical universe, the cosmos and the Source of All That Is. This higher awareness helps it to realise its evolutionary experience is still far from being complete. It may decide against reincarnation for a while, and decide to gain experience by becoming a guide for someone still living on the earth plane. The spirit is not limited to the number of humans it can guide. It still has free will and can progress as and when it wishes. A spirit may assist one person or several. Eventually the time comes when its knowledge and wisdom uplift it to the next plane.The Fourth PlaneThis is the plane where one can begin to intergate the higher vibrations of the light body with the physical while still retaining your individual ego identity. It is here where we begin to become aware of our true multi-dimensional selves. Upon arriving at the Fourth Plane a spirit will enter a dimension where colour is of a lighter, brighter brilliance, and the quality of sound indescribable. The spirit ascends in vibration by gradually assimilating an awareness of even higher levels of thought around it. After a series of tests and initiations, it will pass on up through a series of dimensions, each a little higher in vibration than the one below it, until, becoming finer and wiser, it enters the Fifth Plane.The Fifth PlaneThis realm is one of illumination - where the spirit is uplifted by the beauty, the wonder and the loving wisdom of Creation. Here the spirit learns to be a creator in its own right. Here is where it prepares for the Sixth Plane, the highest before the ultimate plane of the Source. This plane is sometimes called the plane of Light.The Sixth PlaneThe exalted beings who guide the planets inhabit the Sixth Plane - a realm of inexpressible majesty and magnitude. Archangels and Ascended Masters are of this realm. The Sixth Plane is known as the Christ Consciousness Plane. Jesus the Christ carried this frequency with him when he taught here on the planet over 2,000 years ago. Here the spirit broadens its vision to encompass all worlds and all planes. And it is here where final adjustments are made in preparation for the final step to the ultimate - oneness with God.The Seventh PlaneEverything is in God’s imagination. Without it, nothing would exist. When a spirit finally reunites with its Source at the Godhead, it retains a certain amount of its individuality yet is still in complete harmony with all other thought. The Godhead is an ever expanding energy force and each returning spirit, having achieved that degree of fineness, breadth of thought and understanding, adds to the infinity of experience within the Godhead. The spirit itself continues to expand in complete harmony and oneness until it finally merges into such greatness that there are no words to describe it.These various planes of vibration are not individually boxed and stacked one on top of the other, reaching up towards some imaginary throne in the sky. These levels of existence interweave and co-exists within each other right here on this plane we call earth. All spirit worlds interweave, so that within you, within your home and within your workplace, all are present, from the densest to the Godhead itself!These descriptions of planes within planes are presented only to give you a broad outline - to help you visualise existence beyond the physical. There are many, many rooms in many, many mansions awaiting the eager explorer of this ever expanding, infinite cosmos we call home.

Free will does not come in portions, for you either have it or you do not have it. The Universe is a place of creation; it is a place of experience. You have come to this world by choice to experience yourself just as you have done in many other worlds and will do again in many other worlds after this one, whether they be physical or non-physical.2. The Law of Attraction: As a creator through experience, you have complete free will to create what you wish, and you create through the process of magnetism, the process of attraction. This is the second law - the Law of Attraction.The Law of Attraction insists that all things similar in nature will naturally gravitate to one another and magnetise one another into their own field. This applies to all things in the Universe; it applies to thought. All energy, and thought is energy, is magnetic to those things with a similar vibration. "The Law of Attraction states that everything draws to itself that which is like itself.”As you experience your world unfolding around you, you are experiencing yourself, for your world unfolds in accordance with your thinking. Quite literally, what you think is what you get, and what you think is what you are. Many people are convinced that life just happens to you and that things impose themselves upon you. Whole societies and cultures have been built upon this premise. As you are the centre of your Universe, you are the creator of it, not some of it, not most of it, but all of it.You are a magnet, drawing experience unto yourself so that you may know yourself in this particular experience. This is why it generally takes the average human being several lifetimes, even hundreds of lifetimes, to master this game on the Earth School. The reality that you have created for yourself is so convincing that it appears that there is nothing else - that you are merely a collection of gases, chemicals and water drawn together to form a planet and your physical body. However, everything you have created, every last cell, every contour, every hair, is an expression of who you are - an expression of your consciousness.The Law of Attraction is as active on earth as anywhere else in the Universe. Karma is not a law designed to punish you or to bring you into balance as some may have suggested, but it is merely the Law of Attraction expressed in different terms and interpreted through religious structures that for many millennia have been based on the concept of redemption.The Universe springs forth from thought, and all action is preceded by thought. It is a thought that has led one to steal, abuse, or murder. So what are the thoughts of the robber? Clearly this individual does not understand the Law of Attraction, does not understand that he or she is God, does not understand the infinite love of God, and does not believe in his or her own ability to create wealth.Your experience on Earth is not one lifetime after the next, it is one total physical experience and it is one physical experience that has many forms. Therefore, if you hold the belief in one lifetime that you are unable to create wealth, or are not worthy of wealth, and this belief is strong enough to motivate you to steal, then it is this belief that will follow you into the next episode of physical experience. It is not the deed that draws karma to you; it is the belief that led to the deed, and the thought behind the deed. As you re-enter this current life experience, you are automatically drawn to those parents who are magnetically attracted to you; you are drawn to them through the process of resonance. You will be drawn to parents who share similar beliefs and experiences concerning wealth, therefore setting up a similar pattern, until you decide that this no longer serves you.Change your beliefs, and you will change your karma!No one is obliged to suffer hardship for anything. There is no punishment, no judgment, no failure, no negative karma. There is only experience. In the highest sense, there is no right and wrong, nothing that can turn away the magnificence of God's love for you.More on the Law of Attraction:Thought is the basis of all creation. Everything was thought into existence. Even those physical things made by others were first born in thought before they became matter. The fourth principle is the principle of creativity. You are the creator of your experience, and it is your thinking that creates how you experience life. Energy follows thought, and matter is energy condensed. Therefore, everything in the world of matter is a result of thought. Your entire world, the world you see as being real and very alive, is energy that has been condensed into form by thought. It is as real as you wish to make it.Collectively, humanity and others species have created this reality, this dimension of existence, in order to create another unique experience. This is the experience you call Earth. Each and every one of you has the power to create whatever it is that you are wanting through what you are thinking. All energy follows thought, and as matter is energy, it too will follow thought. The speed at which things follow thought on the Earth plane depends on your focus, skill, and practice. It does not matter how many negative thoughts you may have had in the past; it is the thoughts you are thinking right now that have the power. This is why living in the now moment is so very important.You are using the Law of Attraction all of the time. There isn’t one moment when you are not using this law. It doesn’t need you to be conscious of it in order for you to experience its results. Every experience, every object, every person in your life is present in your life because you have drawn them into your experience. There are no exceptions to this rule, no chance meetings, no coincidences, no accidents, no divine intervention, no external forces stopping you from having what you want, and no one rewarding you. Your experience is all created by you, you are responsible for all of it, not just some of it, or most of it, but all of it.Of course there are many events that you would not purposefully invite into your life, but once you come to understand the Law of Attraction, you will begin to understand that whatever you direct your attention to is invited into your experience. You will also begin to know that there is no difference between negative attention and positive attention.Your intention is sufficient to create, attract, and invite. Once you realise this law, you can choose to react in one of two ways. You can either see yourself as a victim of your own limited and fearful thinking, or you can celebrate the knowledge that you can have whatever you want and that you indeed have all the power you need to create it. This knowledge is a great source of freedom, for you no longer need to look outside yourself for that which you desire.There is no higher authority in your life than you. You are it! The buck stops with you. In fact, it begins there, too. You are the sculptor, and your life is your sculpture. You are the artist, and your life is your canvas. You are the playwright, and your life is your script.Everything you have in your life can be traced back to an idea or belief. This applies equally to those things you consider to be positive and those you consider to be negative. Your primary motivation for coming to this planet was to master the experience of life on Earth. Therefore, all experience is valid. It is your interpretation of the experience that makes for happiness, or otherwise. You can choose to see yourself as a victim of circumstances or you can choose to reframe the negative into the positive and learn from your creations. As you begin to learn from your creations, you begin to define more clearly what you want, and as you do this, you begin to focus more clearly on your goals and desires. Then that which you long for begins to come into your life much more rapidly, because your attention has shifted away from that which you do not want towards that which you do want.Thoughts are energy, and like all energy, attract similar energies unto themselves. This is the principle of resonance. You are an extension of All-That-Is that has projected itself into physical reality. As this extension, you are tapped into the unlimited source of life force energy, the same energy that created the physical Universe in which you have placed yourself, the same energy that is used to create all that you see in your reality.This energy is neutral and because it is moulded by your thoughts, it does not know the difference between what you want and what you do not want. Because you have been given free will and you exist in a Universe of free will and choice, this energy, which is the All-That-Is, can only, and will only, be formed by what you are thinking. So when you want to attract something into your life and you do nothing but think of the lack of that thing, then the Universe can do nothing but bring you more of what you are thinking, more lack of the very thing that you say that you want. This life force energy does not understand the difference between ‘want’ and ‘don’t want’. It only follows and supports thought. Energy follows thought, not the other way around. So as your thoughts are focused on what you fear, or things you do not want, or are displeasing to you, the ever faithful life force energy of the Universe, that very same energy that creates worlds, accurately follows your thoughts to bring into your experience that to which you have directed your attention. Understanding this, you will begin to see that each thing you can think of is rather like a coin. It has two sides. On the one side you have the having of the thing, and on the other side you have the not having of the thing. As far as Life Force Energy is concerned, there is no difference between having cancer and not having cancer. There is no difference between having money and not having money, etc.With modern banking and computers, your money has largely become a set of figures. Your employers transfer money directly into your bank account or your clients give you a cheque. All these things are still money, but not the currency itself - they are simply things that represent the currency. When you receive your bank statement, it can come in two forms; it can have a positive balance or a negative balance. If you have a negative balance and you now owe the bank $1,000, it is still money, is it not? The bottom line of the statement shows you not having $1,000. This example makes it easier to grasp this universal experience, because most of you see an empty wallet as simply being empty; “there is no money”. But having a bank account ‘in the red’ illustrates that not only does money exist, but ‘no money’ exists as well, and that both things are still money. ‘No money’ becomes a thing, a thought form.So when you do your thinking and imagining, align your thinking in accordance with what you want to draw into your life. If you focus on the lack of anything, anything at all, you will get it. If you fear ill health, you will attract ill health. If you fear loneliness, you will attract loneliness. The Universe is not only totally equitable, it does not judge or make decisions on your behalf. You are in charge, you are the boss, the king pin, the ruler of your own experience, and the Universe cannot, and will not, do anything contrary to that unalterable fact.Without this neutral response from the Universe you would not have true free will. So which is it? Do you have free will or do you not? It cannot be both. You cannot be both the creator of your destiny and simultaneously subject to the will of another. The one defies the other. Free will is the basis upon which there is growth, evolution, and experience in the Universe. Without it, all future would be predetermined and every soul would merely be a puppet in a grand theatre. Understand that you may have what you want, and do what you want, and be who you want to be.A Time DelayOn the Earth plane, because matter is dense, and the vibrational rate of energy is somewhat slower, you experience that things come to you in a way that seems delayed. Most people, just as they have launched a new thought about what they want, within a few days begin to think about something different. The Universe responds to you instantly, yes, instantly, and as you think about what you want, it begins to immediately bring it to you. However, it seems that the majority of you change your mind on a regular basis, so the Universe receives as many order cancellations as it does orders!The only reason your desires do not manifest instantly when you want them to, even as you think about them, is because of the other thoughts you are also offering. It all comes down to the balance of your thinking. The Life Force Energy cannot do anything but follow the thoughts you are having. Offer a thought concerning the lack of money, and that is what you will get. Offer a thought concerning an abundance of money, and that is what you will get. The same applies to love, health, and every aspect of your life. So when you look at your life and you see a lack of love or experience a lack of money or experience a lack of health, it has been the balance of your thinking concerning those subjects that has created the current circumstances. If it is love that you want more of, then your life will reflect that want accurately and proportionately according to the balance of your thinking.So if your thoughts have been more towards the 'not having' of the thing you want, then that is what you will get. If your thoughts have been more towards the 'having' side of what you want, then that is what you will get. Each circumstance in your life accurately reflects the balance of your thinking. It cannot be any other way, for without this accurate command of Life Force Energy, you would not have free will. And as you are a being of free will, the very creative powers that you assign to God are at your fingertips. It is merely a question of adjusting the balance of your thinking towards the 'having' of what you want and you will have it. As you think more and more in terms of having, you will tip the balance of your energy into the 'having' state, and away from the 'not having' or lacking state.As this happens, the Law of Attraction begins to work for you repeatedly. As you arrive at a greater state of 'having', you will begin to attract more of this experience to yourself, and the more you attract, the more you will attract, and so on and so on, until you move away from the experience of scarcity altogether. You then begin to realise through your experience that you are indeed God, that you are indeed creator, and that you do indeed have the command of the Universe at your fingertips, and that nothing can stop you from having what you want except your very own thoughts on the subject. As you think, so it is. It cannot be any other way; it is Law.Guidance, never judgmentYou have teachers and advisers who guide you in making choices based upon your last lifetime. But they are not there to discipline you or to point out your faults. You decide what you want to create next, no one else. You are in charge. Their role is to assist you in seeing a greater vision of yourself. Teachers and guides offer guidance to you while you are in both the physical and in the non-physical states.AllowanceThe Universe is one vast consciousness that has subdivided itself into smaller units, and further into even smaller units. This subdivision has been for the purpose of the creation of experience, for it is through experience that the whole begins to experience itself. In order for the Universe to grow through experience, 'allowing' or love must be in place, for there cannot be any limitation to the experience. Love can be defined as the complete and total acceptance of what is - i.e., “Allowing”.PolarityFor you to experience what you are, it is also necessary for you to experience what you are not. This comparison pushes you forward, for comparison is one of the most efficient ways to assist you in deciding what you want. This comparison leads to desire, and desire is the mother of creation, for without desire, nothing would come into existence. Your physical reality was created so that you may experience that which you are not. In experiencing that which you are not, you began to experience that which is not love, that which is not acceptance, that which does not allow. As a soul you began to focus yourself more deeply into the physical world; you began to associate yourself more fully and completely with physical existence. This has led you to believe that the physical you is the total you. You believe that this you which you know, will die along with the demise of your body.Lack of LoveThe body seemed frail and vulnerable, and initially you sought to protect the body from the elements, from cold and from heat. As you observed the animals defending their physical selves against predators, you too began to see your own body as weak and something that needed protection from predators. And so it went on, until you began to see others of your own kind as potential threats, and so the lack of ‘allowing’ firmly rooted itself in your psyche. This was the birth of the lack of love.The will to LoveEmbedded in each of you is something we can best describe as an atom. This atom holds within it your will to love. This atom, however faint it may appear, is within you, and is magnetic to the greater expression of love, universal love, the love of God. It is this will to love that draws you forward in your development; it is what stimulates you to growth through your many incarnations, and from one cycle to another.The Four Principles of CreationThese are the four basic principles that express the very nature of God and of who you are: 1. Love, 2. Health and Well-Being, 3. Abundance, 4. Creativity. Universal Laws do not ‘govern’ you, for there is no external consciousness that has decided that you must adhere to such laws. Rather there are universal principles, somewhat like the laws of physics, that describe the nature of the Universe. The ‘laws’ in themselves are a description of the nature of things. LOVE: Love is your greatest longing. You seek to accept and allow. The Universe, or that unifying field of consciousness that you have come to call God, is a benevolent place that operates with equality and fairness, and operates according to universal laws. Love is the complete and total acceptance of what is: it is allowing . . . allowing all others to be who they are, and allowing yourself to be who you are. You are a being of free will, and as such, you are held in a place of total acceptance and allowing. You are dearly loved! By beginning to know that you are loved and accepted beyond all measure, you can begin to master the Universal Laws to create the life you want.Health and Well-being: Health and well-being are your natural states of being. Illness and disease are the result of mass beliefs, or individual beliefs, and the resulting fears that block emotional flow. The original fear that humans carry deep within is the fear that they are separated from their Source and are ultimately alone. Through understanding that your fears are simply that, fears, not reality, you can free yourself from the original cause of illness and disease.Abundance: Part of your life's purpose is to move beyond lack, scarcity, and limitation. Although the experience of lack can be valuable in terms of learning certain lessons at certain times, it is not required as a learning tool. Poverty, lack, and scarcity stem directly from your primal fear, the fear that you are separated from your Source. You are the source of your own abundance. Through uncovering your beliefs concerning lack and scarcity, you can begin to create abundance in every area of your life, including financial freedom.Creativity: Creativity is at the very core of each soul, each person. You are driven to create experience. Creativity is also part of your service to the greater whole. As you create, you discover more of who you are through observing your creation. It is the very nature of the soul to be creative, but many of you have forgotten your creativity by believing that the ways in which you can express yourselves are limited to certain jobs, roles, and functions in life.The Four Principles of Creation are the governing principles of all life. It is for you to remember that this is who you truly are. Each one of you desires these things, desires to express yourself in these ways:- 1. to live a life filled with love, 2. to experience health and well-being, 3. abundance, 4. and to create freely.Your soul’s purpose, in choosing to come into the physical mode, was to manifest itself through you in harmony with the four principles. As a non-physical being, you exist in perfect harmony with these four principles. You are a vast being, a being of vast consciousness. You are already a master of many dimensions, of many realities.Beyond the astral plane, there are many planes of light. In these planes of light you have existed forever. In these realms of light, you discovered and played with your creative abilities. You played with colour, with vibration, creating many forms and scenarios in which to discover yourself. You are creator, and it is through that which you create that you learn to know yourself.Four Tools that can enhance the emergence of these principles in your lifeSelf-Appreciation, Allowing, Gratitude, and Forgiveness. Each tool has equal importance; no one tool is more important than the other. To assist you in remembering who you truly are, we encourage you to begin the daily conscious practice of these qualities, meditating upon them, writing things down. When you write things down, you bring into form a thought or an idea. This is the first step in manifesting the subject of your attention, making it real for you.Four Tools to create Happiness1. HIGHER SELF

We begin our long evolutionary journey as evolving ‘Sparks of Spirit’, created out of and as a part of our Creator's own Being, particles of His own Spirit and Thought Force. Each newly created Spark of Spirit near the Godhead in time becomes the "Parent" of an extension soul of themselves, and thus the originator of an extended "family" of closely inter-related soul units.

This "family" relationship with its original "Higher-Self" soul allows for a close inter-connection between the higher planes and the lower planes of existence. There is also a continuous sharing of experience, not only from lower levels up to the highest, but also from the higher level down to the lowest. The higher level intuitive advice passed down to the physical level helps prevent individual souls from becoming enmeshed in any one particular area of evolution and thus losing an overall sense of direction. The "Higher Self" continually tries to keep its 'family members' on the correct path of evolution.And so we have the establishment of an elevated group of ‘Oversouls’, also known to us as our ‘Higher Self" or the ‘I Am Presence’. Each of these Higher-Selves is then allowed to create or birth a further group of 12 ‘Prime Soul-Extensions’ so as to extend the experience life on worlds nearest to the Spiritual Light Plane. Then these 12 Prime Soul-Extensions are themselves each allowed to create a further group of twelve souls, or ‘lower soul-extensions’, for experience on yet denser worlds. Thus there can finally arise a total 'Family Soul Group' of up to 144 closely related ‘Soul Mates’, all linked to the same "Higher Self".This Soul Group of 144 will not all be incarnating together at the same time, or on a particular vibration-level or dimension, but instead may be manifested throughout a Galaxy on many other dimensional levels or planets. However, all the individual members of these groups, under their collective ‘Higher-Self’, will remain linked throughout their long evolutionary journeys as a group of related Soul-Mates, often incarnating in a particular world with one another as life-partners or friends, or as members of an extended family.The Higher-Self ‘oversoul’ must nonetheless always observe the fundamental Laws of Karma which require that we all fully experience the cause-effect relationship between each of our actions and its results. Thus the Higher Self will always respect the self-determination or free will of each of the separately individualized lower soul-extensions. The High Self will only help when directly asked for assistance, and will never interfere to alleviate those hard lessons that each soul must learn for itself.As the soul-extensions then descend into the lower worlds of materiality (e.g Planet Earth), they further develop their inherent split into the two major polarities of positive and negative; each expressing more and more forcibly the male (positive, outgoing active force) or the female (negative, returning/in-going, nurturing force) polarity. This is part of the Creator’s Plan; to provide the soul with a deeper balance between the two major polarities of Creation, and provide a strong impetus for each soul to return to the Unity of the Godhead. Thus, two ‘Twin Souls’ or ‘Twin Flames’, are created as part of one spirit at the highest level, and remain forever as eternally joined parts of one soul-extension. After descending and ascending through the Cycle of Evolution together, they are eventually destined to re-unite at the end of their long evolutionary journey, as one complete and androgynous Being (that is to say, united male/female), and yet they shall forever also be two souls-in-one and even retain an element of their two polarities as well as their individualities.Each individual Twin-Soul, endowed during its descent into matter with a predominantly male or female polarity, thus acts as a balancing force to the other; one featuring an inherently forceful male/active/positive/outgoing characteristic, the other with a more receptive/nurturing/spiritualized/in-going female characteristic. This inherent division into two opposite, but magnetically attractive polarities, not only provides the necessary impetus towards a later re-unification of these two souls, but also promotes a desire within all individualized souls to seek unity with all other souls, and thus their eventual return to the collective Unity of the Godhead. As their evolution progresses, the Twin-Souls gradually learn to develop a greater balance between their two polarities or genders.A confusion of sexual identitySometimes a Twin-Soul will switch gender for one particular incarnation in a physical world in order to learn from the inherent qualities of the other gender polarity. This explains the varying difficulties of sexual identity which many people experience down here on Earth, after they have in fact chosen on the spiritual planes to incarnate into an Earth body of an opposite and ‘unaccustomed’ gender. For instance, a soul of predominately female characteristics, when incarnating into a male body, will by nature be more attracted to the opposite sex, that is, another male. Likewise, a predominately male soul incarnating as a female, will most likely be seeking the close intimacy of the opposite polarity of attraction, another female. The sex-changes that many people have felt a strong urge to make through an operation, exhibit a more extreme example of this unaccustomed position of opposite gender.Thus the Twin-Souls learn to balance the positive (male), out-going/forceful, with the negative (female), receptive/nurturing quality of their polarities. The masculine positive energy is thrusting and active. The feminine negative energy is receiving and acceptive. Both are equally necessary to achieve life. One cannot operate without the other. They will then eventually be in a position to become totally re-united as balanced parts of a united androgynous (male/female) soul, although they will each, as part of a greater united being, still retain a certain individually and an element of their original polarity.When one Twin-Soul incarnates on a lower physical-level planet such as Earth, the other usually remains behind on a higher plane in order to provide a nearby spiritual connection with the higher world. There are occasions, however, when Twin-Souls do arrange to meet and share together an incarnation at the physical level, such as whilst undertaking an important joint mission on Earth. At such times, unless they have chosen to be born as close relatives or twins in the same household, the time and place of their first meeting on the dense physical level is always pre-viewed and pre-arranged on the Spiritual Plane. And so when they first meet on Earth, they often experience a feeling of instant and deep ‘love at first sight’, intuitively remembering their old love connection as well as recognizing their meeting place pre-arranged on the spiritual level. Such a ‘coming together’ forever touches a fundamental note of human longing amongst all of us, and is frequently featured in many of the romantic love stories of the earth plane.Even when we may not be destined to meet our Twin Soul or Twin Flame down here on Earth, it is possible that we may instead experience a very close association with one of our own Soul-Mates, a member of our larger Soul Group. We may also quite likely have been closely associated with that particular Soul-Mate in a past incarnation, either as a former family member or as a close friend during a previous Earth experience.The Higher SelfDuring the long evolutionary cycle, when souls descend into the lower worlds of 'matter' and then rise up again, the Higher-Self remains on the highest spiritual level, constantly accumulating and recording all the evolutionary experiences gained by those evolving soul-extensions on lower levels. This accumulated knowledge is then accessible back to them via the Higher-Self as an inner voice of conscience, always there to assist them in taking the correct course appropriate for their further development.We can, therefore, with intent and suitable training, obtain access to all this accumulated spiritual knowledge via our Higher-Self, simply by turning our thoughts inwards in quiet contemplation and seeking a connection with our ‘I Am Presence’.This store of evolutionary knowledge and abilities accumulated by the Higher Self also provides each of the lower incarnated souls with a background of traits, talents and abilities acquired during previous lives. This continuity of development and attainment explains why some people are born on Earth with unusually exceptional natural talents, such as in the field of healing or science, or perhaps as a scientific genius or musical child-prodigy.The end of deceptionAs you advance further into the higher vibrations you will develop open communication with your own higher selves. At first this will appear as an increased connection to source. Everyone will develop more open communication culminating with a full connection to your own Higher Selves. In time you will be able to tap into the thoughts of each other through each other's higher selves. After a period of humorous adjustment, you will find this to be a great strength. When each one can see clearly the real motivations behind actions, there will be true understanding and compassion. This will leave no room for deception. Also misdirections of energy such as war will no longer be possible. The energy you are now walking into will bring possibilities you can not yet imagine. You are at the juncture of bringing the reality of "Home" down to your side of the veil.GuidesTo further guide and watch over us during our incarnations here on Earth, each of us has various Guides and Guardian Angels working from the Spiritual Worlds. At birth, our Guardian Angels keep a particularly close watch over us when we first incarnate into the physical body, especially up to the age of seven. Young children, whose etheric sight is usually still functioning, are indeed often able to see their Guardian Angels as they stand over them, protecting and guiding them.A Guide may also be gaining some useful additional evolutionary learning experiences by watching our life and learning from our lessons.However, whilst our Guardian Angels and our Guides are ready to advise and assist us at all times, there are two fundamental qualifications to this help. Firstly: they will not normally interfere unless we ask directly for their help; they must always respect our free choice and thus not deprive us of the important lessons we have to learn ourselves.Secondly: we should not assume that ‘whatever we ask will be given’, for we must remember that Higher Beings have a higher, wider vision, and they will not help us to do something which is not for our ‘highest good’. It could be so easy for us to feel, when our fervent prayers for help do not appear to be answered, that we have been 'let down'. But we should understand that the links between us and our Guides were formed and exist on the higher Soul level. At this level they know, and indeed we too recognize when we are visiting the higher planes in our sleep-time, what is best for our ‘highest good’.Ascended MastersApart from the personal help and advice we may receive as individuals, wisdom and guidance is also made available in its wider context to the Earth world by other Higher Beings, known as 'Ascended Masters'.A Master may give his counsel unseen, perhaps guiding the voice or the hand of a prophet; or a Master may incarnate on Earth, giving through his life an example to mankind. A Master incarnate on Earth may even be "overshadowed" by a yet greater Master who, with his "junior's" consent, acts and speaks through him. The Master Jesus-Sananda was himself overshadowed in this way during the last years of his ministry by The Christ, the highest embodiment of the Creator. Creation itself is an expansion of our Creator’s thought and self-awareness. The evolution of soul entities is another aspect of this expansion. Through the process of Evolution, individual souls, each a ‘Spark’ of the Creator’s Consciousness, embark on a journey of exploration and growth, ultimately returning to unity with the Creator, endowed with the fullness of wisdom and experience.Through its evolutionary descent into the worlds of materiality the Soul first develops a growing awareness of self as an individual entity. The ego-self gradually becomes more assertive, gaining strength and widening its field of exploration. As it descends into the worlds of density and matter, self-awareness becomes ego-centeredness, developing a desire for personal-gain and superiority, often acquired through aggression, and sometimes, even violence. When all the possibilities of its separate ego-development have been fully explored, the soul can then begin its return journey back up through higher planes to unity, learning the gentler arts of co-operation and sharing with others. The eventual culmination will be its eventual re-unification with the Unity of the Creator as an evolved, compassionate and fully ‘aware’ soul. And so it is that we set out on the great Cycle of Evolution. As the soul or spirit descends into worlds of increasing density and matter, we develop this correspondingly increased sense of individuality.Ego CentrednessDuring the descent of Spirit, often called the downward arc, there is not only a tendency towards greater materiality, the Spirit involving itself in matter in order to learn to receive impressions through it, but there is also a tendency towards differentiation, the stream of Divine Life dividing and sub-dividing itself into an ever-increasing number of streamlets and units of consciousness.By descending into progressively denser and denser matter, the soul experiences an increasing detachment and loss of contact with the Higher Spheres. At the same time the soul is experiencing a sense of developing separation from other souls and a corresponding increase in the awareness of self, which in turn leads to ego-centredness. This increasing sensation of self is reinforced by the need to satisfy the requirements of a physical body in a world of dense matter, where food and protection from the elements are essential to survival. Thus the soul-plus-body combination is forced to focus on self-preservation, which can easily become competitive and exploitive in relationships with others pursuing similar objectives.This potent combination of the effects of physical matter, ego-centeredness and bodily demands, first creates, then enhances to an extreme degree, the conflict between Ego and Unity: between Self and the Flow of Creation. This inherent conflict in turn provides the many complex opportunities for the exercise of our Creator's gift of free choice (or free will) which allows the evolving soul to explore paths and directions of evolution alternative to the Highest Wisdom, and therefore to experience and learn from their effects.Indeed we are forced to confront, and to learn from the results of all our actions; this ‘Law’ is often expressed as the ‘Law of Karma’: namely that we must experience, fully comprehend and assimilate the effects of all our actions, both “good” and “bad”, before we can continue on to our next lesson or experience. Every thought, every action has its effect, which we must ultimately experience and learn from. Similarly everything that happens to us has its cause, and that cause can ultimately be seen to originate from our own past actions, or thought. Experiencing the ill-effects of inappropriate actions is the essential key to learning, and thus an important element of evolution.The 'fall' of the soulThe concentration by the ego on self-motivation and self-interest, leads inevitably to competition and conflict, as each ego-individual tries to profit from and ‘get the better of’ others. This explains why political and social relationships on Earth have tended to dominate human thought and group activity. It also explains why we have failed to live at peace with one another. This self-centered concentration on developing an individuality at the expense of others has led to most of the problems experienced by humanity throughout Earth’s history, and it has also caused many souls to ‘fall’ even further.Through negative deeds and thoughts manifested in various forms of oppression, murder, torture and perversion, these souls, when they exit the Earth plane, find themselves enmeshed in the denser lower Astral worlds - a self-induced personal hell. Even these rebellious souls, having ‘fallen’ into worlds of darkness, are also learning from their experience of evil. Eventually they tire of the constant competitive conflict, and finally feel moved to start looking upwards towards the Realms of Light for salvation.When they do genuinely begin to seek the Light, they are always readily assisted to move up to the higher planes by their Spiritual Guides. And so these ‘errant’ souls will eventually rediscover for themselves, the hard way, the true direction of evolution. They will be returning to the Path of Wisdom, not only much the wiser, but indeed much stronger souls than many of us, with a much deeper depth of understanding between ‘right’ and ‘wrong’. Thus even the most extreme expressions of ‘evil’ can contribute to the knowledge, learning and experience which forms the very essence of evolution.As we experience Earth’s wars and conflicts in all their many manifestations, between nations and ethnic or religious groups across the world, in politics and commerce, and in our own families or within ourselves, we eventually come to a true understanding of the nature and fruitlessness of self-motivated aggression, of actions based purely on individual self-interest exercised at the expense of others.In the growth of this realization, be it individually or collectively, we on Earth are at last coming to the end of the long downward arc of Evolution, the phase of competitive individuality.This is the critical turning point, the point of balance, where downward movement into separateness away from the Creator makes a turn, becoming the upward path to Unity with all other forms of life. From this point we begin to see the advantages of collaboration and co-operation, of mutual respect and mutual assistance.This point of turn is, not surprisingly, the point of major conflict within each soul and also collectively in societies and nations. At this critical time on Earth (and this is why many of us have chosen to be here at this time), the choices inherent in our world of duality are magnified: Self versus Unity, and Spirit versus Matter. We now have to make a shift of consciousness away from the perception of self as an individual self-contained unit responsible only to itself. We need to develop a perception of self as a component of a wider grouping: harmonizing within the family and community, collaborating rather than competing in the productive service of our ‘work’, respecting all of human life and ultimately all of Creation. We must learn to transmute our self-interest into care and concern for others, working together co-operatively with our fellow humans as well as the animal, vegetable and mineral kingdoms, not seeking to take advantage of another for one’s own benefit.This ‘return to unity’ does not imply that the individual becomes ‘a cog in a wheel’, but rather a wise, experienced, compassionate, thinking, contributing component of a wider, ultimately universal grouping. Though we are joining, not separating, unifying not compartmentalizing, each Soul remains an ‘individual consciousness’, each enriched with its own personal accumulation of experience and wisdom.On the returning upward Arc of Evolution, when the soul returns to its Source, it is endowed with a fully developed consciousness and awareness of life in all its myriad aspects. Above all, we have learnt compassion and understanding. This growth allows us to make informed decisions in accordance with the true direction of evolution. Although we are returning to Unity, each of us is now part of that Unity as a fully individualized consciousness.The Creator’s Thought Force that is continually going forth as a ‘River of Thought’ in the creation and sustenance of the Universe, also has the inherent magnetic Light-force qualities which we know of as Love. Love is an energy of cohesive and magnetic force of attraction, being the cohesive Light-force behind all manifested matter as well as being the magnetic force drawing all of Creation back into the center of His Unity. When this Force of Love is transmuted down through the life experience of individuals, it finds expression at lower levels as the feelings of emotion. Emotion can either manifest itself as a positive force, or take an opposite form as a negative force: love and its opposite - hate, attraction and its opposite - repulsion.It is this positive/negative emotional experience which provides the strongest impetus for our evolution and learning. Through our feelings and emotions, we experience the pain of wrongdoing, and the joy of helping others and contributing to the flow.It is through the emotions that we are ever eager to move forward, and as a result we also experience and learn from the joys and the sorrows of our actions. It is through the emotions that we feel sympathy with others, gained through our own experiences of pain and distress. We become more sensitive and aware within ourselves; we also experience the kindness as well as the thoughtlessness of others. It is through the emotions, as well as the intellect, that we feel anger at perceived injustice, or approval of right conduct, and thus we learn how to behave more correctly towards others.We are all OneWhile the development of individuality is a necessary part of the process of evolution as we are currently experiencing it, we may also wish to remind ourselves from time to time that fundamentally we are all a part of, and at ONE with all of Creation. This great truth is something we can easily forget, enmeshed as we are in a world of individuality and separateness. But the recollection of our true underlying unity with all of Creation can give comfort in times of stress, providing a sense of context and reality as well as reassurance and guidance.We are all inter-linked, both through a shared origin, and through the Creator’s continuous River of Creative Thought. We are linked, not only as humans with humans, but with every particle, rock, plant, animal and insect. And we are all intimately linked with our Creator, for we are a part of His Life-substance, and through us He is always in touch with our every experience. We are ourselves an extension of our Creator, experiencing and learning together with Him on our long journey of evolution.You have forgottenKnow that you are not - and never have been separate from your Source. You truly have never been separate from each other. You have never really been separate from all of the brothers and sisters you have on countless planets throughout your galaxies. You have never been separate from any creature of your planet. Not separate from any leaf, or blade of grass, or flower that blossoms in your garden. You have forgotten, that is all. You have forgotten that who you are is Creator smelling the rose of the vibrancy and excitement of this dimension of reality.The soul before birthWhen a child is born there are two or more souls who have agreed to this opportunity to meet for a life lesson or a life mission to balance their karma. Both souls have to agree on this and make the choice to meet. It is not enough for only one of the souls to consent to this opportunity.Miscarriage or abortionIf the child’s soul doesn’t consent, the mother will have a miscarriage. If the mother, or any other person with whom the child has an agreement, does not consent, the mother will have a miscarriage or decide on an abortion. The fears and personal feelings of the mother may have an impact on this decision. That is all right, because those two souls will meet in another time in this life or in a future life.The only ones who can make the decision are the souls involved in this agreement. Nobody else could or should interfere in their making the decision. Remember that there is a great love between these souls, and that none of them judges the other in any way.The time for entering the physical bodyWhen does the soul enter the body of a child who is about to be born? It can be done at any time. The soul of the child is present with the mother a long time before the conception. You have to understand that the physical body isn't of prime importance. It is not until some time after the child is born that the soul makes a firm connection to the physical body. Before and after life, the soul is free to go wherever it wishes to go.The soul of the child may enter and exit the body many times during the pregnancy. This soul has a great love for the physical body-to-be, and is keeping watch over it during the pregnancy, but the soul does not yet have a firm connection to the body. The child’s soul makes a decision if he/she would like to enter the body and live this lifetime. This is usually decided at least two months before the birth.Stillborn child or sudden infant death syndromeRemember that it is possible for the child to reverse his/her decision at any time. If the reversal takes place before or during the birth the outcome will be a miscarriage or a stillborn child. If the reversal takes place after birth the baby dies, usually through sudden infant death syndrome.To the parents, this could seem inexplicable, and naturally it is a great shock when it happens. But you have to remember that the child comes to this life with a mission. A new-born child has a whole lifetime ahead of him/her, and is aware of all the possibilities and challenges he/she will meet. Not until some time after birth will the infant forget the knowledge of past and present lifetimes. Some souls do not have the strength to complete the lifetime they see before them. They then choose to leave this life and accomplish their life lesson in a future life instead.To most humans, the tasks a soul has chosen are unknown for optimum realization during the lifetime (otherwise, it would be like going to a test and knowing the questions beforehand). Some souls choose a very specific task, to be born for a number of reasons, and when that purpose is fulfilled. A soul sometimes offers to help another to learn a lesson, e.g. to learn the value of life, by being born as a child to the other soul and leaving the physical plane shortly thereafter (e.g. sudden child death syndrome or even being stillborn). In some cases, the child chooses this experience in order to learn the last missing lesson necessary for ascension.Reincarnation Every night you sleep, and the next morning you wake up. If you had an argument with your friend yesterday, you will still have the consequences of that argument to face when you wake up. They don't disappear because you went to sleep. You will still be responsible tomorrow for what you did today. Re-incarnation is just like that. What you create will be there for you to face in your next life if you don't take care of it in this one, just like the consequences that you create today will be waiting for you tomorrow if you don't take care of them before you go to bed.You are always responsible for what you do, and your responsibility cannot be assumed by anyone else. When you die, you don't go to sleep. You go home, and you are very much awake. You are also a much larger you than you are now. That is your soul. The consequences that you created, but didn't experience before you died, do not disappear. They are waiting for you. You may think that you do not want to deal with them, but your larger you - your soul - does. In fact, it creates another lifetime just to do that.Once you start to look at things this way, you begin to do things differently. You treat people the way that you would like to be treated yourself. That is the Golden Rule. You don't have to be a Christian to appreciate the Golden Rule. Billions of Hindus and Buddhists, who believe in re-incarnation, understand exactly what it means.Reincarnation is a compassionate way of learning responsibility. It is not possible to do a wrong thing. You do what you do, and you experience the consequences of it. It’s that simple. If you don’t experience those consequences before you die, your soul creates another life so that you can. Your spirit will choose a body and environment appropriate for the experience it needs. What incarnates is another aspect of the same individuality, not the same personality.Being in a state of pure thought, with no physical body or emotions to make it want to take the easiest path, it may well choose a difficult life, either to atone for past deeds or as a means of learning. It may choose parents that give it a difficult childhood. It may take on the role of a mental or physical cripple. Hence the importance of accepting your lot in life, however arduous and painful it may seem, because your own inner self has chosen it.Eventually, you begin to treat other people the way that you want to be treated. You put yourself in your brother's shoes before you speak or act. You let yourself feel your brother’s pain. You become more tender and caring. You also become more wise.When you become completely loving and kind - without fear and without thought of harming others - you graduate from the Earth school. That is when reincarnation ends and another adventure begins.

Matter is made up of various groupings and combinations of atoms with their orbiting electrons and protons, all of which oscillate about each other in a positive-negative vibratory movement, maintaining a fixed magnetic spacing from each other.All atoms, and the ‘matter’ that they constitute through their cohesive groupings, are vibrating at different frequency rates dependent on their complexity and density; a low frequency allows a dense grouping of atoms, a higher frequency creates a less dense, more spaced-out and refined matter. This in turn reflects their distance from the Creative Thought-Centre; the refined matter of higher frequency vibration is nearer the high spiritual level of the Source, while the denser matter of lower frequency exists at the ‘outer edges’ of the evolutionary range farthest from the Source. Within this continuous spectrum, it is convenient to identify the three major divisions of vibratory frequency.All things are made up of atoms. It is the movement, or vibration of those atoms, that make all things. The atoms that make up your world only exist because they are in motion and vibrating. Understanding the basis of vibration helps you to understand the natural order of all things. Even a rock puts out a vibration of density and strength that can be read. If it did not put out a vibration, it simply would not exist.
All things in physicality send out their own vibrational wavy line. Each thought and belief that is held has a vibration. Each one of these vibrations are significantly different. The reason that no two snowflakes are alike is that each droplet of water vibrates differently. The vibration it holds at the moment of transition to solid form, determines its unique shape. Although no two snowflakes are alike, they are symmetrical and share certain qualities. The same is true of human form. As you move between states of vibration and consciousness, you raise your vibration. Each shift in vibration, however slight, may cause drastic changes in the way you interact with your surroundings.
All the vibrations experienced collectively make up the whole. Therefore it is accurate to say that you are a culmination of all the thoughts and beliefs that you have ever had. Although their effect fades with time, you still hold the vibration of every thought that you have had. Beliefs are simply thoughts that you have repeatedly held, therefore you have effectively imprinted them over and over. This makes it difficult to remove a belief, even if is does not serve you for it has been stamped into your field repeatedly. Please remember that time is on your side in this area, for new thoughts naturally hold a stronger vibration than older thoughts. This is a safe guard of sorts because you are not yet masters of your thought process. It would serve you well to begin to purposely become masters of your thoughts before making the final shifts to higher dimensional levels. Begin by taking full responsibility for surroundings. Know that whatever state you judge them to be, they are fully a result of the thoughts that you have held. If you do not like your reality, simply thinking again and purposely shifting your vibration, will change your reality. Even though it may only be a slightly different thought, it can easily produce a shift in vibration that will allow you a totally different relationship with your surroundings. Begin by releasing the belief system that states you are not in control.

Levels of DensityAt the outer extremity of the range farthest from the Thought-Centre is the dense vibration of the Physical Realm, which is our present Earth level. Moving in towards the Centre we find the next major vibration level, less dense and more tenuous in the spacing of its atoms; this is the Etheric Realm (also known as the Mental level), on which most of our neighboring planets in our solar system at present reside. Nearer to the Central Godhead of Pure Thought we find the Higher Spiritual Realms of Light, which are home to the more spiritually developed souls as well as the higher Ascended Masters and Angelic Beings.Within these three broad density levels of Physical, Etheric and Spiritual, are seven subdivisions, or intermediate levels. It is also explained that while our conscious Earthly experience manifests at the densest level, all of the different densities co-exist and find expression in our bodies and the world around us.The physical body however, has two well-marked divisions; the Dense Body, composed of solids, liquids and gases, and the Etheric Body, or Etheric Double as it is frequently called, consisting of the four finer grades of physical matter. Every solid, liquid and gaseous particle of the physical body is surrounded with an etheric envelope: hence the Etheric Double, as its name implies, is a perfect duplicate of the dense form. In size it projects about one quarter of an inch beyond the skin.Between the physical and the etheric vibration densities there is an important intermediate level: the Astral Realm, composed of lower-vibration etheric matter. This is the seat of our emotions, senses and memory, and the level on which our subconscious mind works, recording all our thoughts and experiences into the ether where it is stored in a celestial memory-bank for our later retrieval and review (the Akashic Records).The subconscious on the Astral level also acts as an inner voice, conscience, or agent of intuition as a guide for our Earthly consciousness. The Astral Plane is usually the first level on which we arrive after the transition we call ‘death’.What is known to New Age thought as the ‘Higher Knowledge’ exists as freely available knowledge on the higher Etheric and Spiritual planes, but cannot be accessed by most of us at the physical level due to a blocking “Veil of Forgetfulness” which has been placed for our protection between us and the higher worlds. Instead, this higher knowledge is mostly communicated down to Earth by those teachers and Masters who are able to transmit their thoughts directly to a trained Earth mind known as a ‘channel’. This process is made possible on Earth through ‘channelers’ who have themselves undertaken training over long periods during past lives in opening up their higher spiritual centres.Channelers are usually able to receive channeling either by going into a state of trance, or in more developed cases, directly into the conscious mind in the form of words, thoughts, or automatic writing. However, it is important for the Earth channeler to be able to set aside any Earthly emotions and preconceptions which might otherwise color and distort the communication.On planet Earth we live within the dense physical level at a relatively low rate of vibration, restricted to the limited perception range extending from the low frequencies of sound (16 to 20,000 cycles per second), to the higher visible light-frequency spectrum. The light-frequency spectrum ranges from the lowest color of red, moving up through orange, yellow, green, blue and violet to the point where our vision ceases at the ultra-violet level. As our visible sight ceases above this range, we are unable to see higher-vibration ‘matter’, it being totally invisible to us, even though it is in fact surrounding and interpenetrating our physical matter. In order to see higher vibrational worlds and matter, we have to be able to raise our own vibration levels up to that same level.Similarly, with our physical vision we are unable see life on other non-physical planets, nor are we able to see their visiting space craft in our skies, except in those cases where they themselves choose to lower their vibration levels down to our own dense physical perception level.Unseen by us at our Earthly physical level, there are in fact entire worlds existing at higher vibration rates, inhabited by Beings we can neither see, hear, nor touch. And since their higher vibration rates cause their bodies to be less dense than ours, they are easily able to interpenetrate us on Earth without our even being aware of their presence. This often-puzzling idea can be readily understood if we bear in mind that all ‘solid’ matter is in fact composed of atoms with ‘spaces’ around them.It is of course, well known that even in the hardest substance no two atoms ever touch one another, the space between two adjacent atoms being in fact enormously larger than the two atoms themselves. Orthodox physical science long ago put forward the possibility of an Ether which interpenetrates all known substances, the densest solid as well as the most rarefied gas; and just as this Ether moves with perfect freedom between the particles of densest matter, so does Etheric matter interpenetrate it in turn, and moves with perfect freedom among its particles. Thus a Being in the etheric world might be occupying the same space as a Being living in the physical world; yet each would be entirely unconscious of the other, and would in no way impede the free movement of the other. Though most of us cannot see the manifestations of higher vibration rates, they are often experienced by those who have developed, over many lives, a psychic sensitivity. The great differences in density and vibrational levels also explains why we are unable to see any forms of sentient life when we send Earth space probes down onto our neighboring planets. Life forms on all our Solar System’s inhabited planets no longer exist on the dense physical vibratory level. They at present exist on the 4th or 5th dimension/density on the Etheric plane, a surrounding plane of life and matter existing at a higher and more tenuous vibratory level not visible to us, even though it is perfectly solid to themselves.When we send our exploratory space-probes to our neighboring planets, our spacecraft unknowingly passes right down through these higher vibrational planes and continues to descend down to the planet's previously inhabited physical crust, long since abandoned and which is now totally lifeless. From this we assume that there are no other inhabited worlds.
Humankind on Earth is quite isolated from different Planes and Dimensions based on the imbalanced degree of evolution we have reached. Slowly we are becoming ready to make conscious contact with other Dimensions, which simply lie inside of each of us, just beyond our 3rd dimensional body, perception and reality. Every particle of the Universe consists of molecules whose centre contains an atom around which electrons and protons revolve. Each molecule of a different molecular structure vibrates at a different frequency. The inside of a molecule is identical in makeup to the Universe. Planets revolve around central suns; solar systems around galaxies; galaxies, around a central universal sun. Each of our molecules vibrates at whatever frequency seems appropriate for our existence.As one becomes more spiritual in nature, thinking only of the welfare of others and not of power and greed, the higher the molecules of one’s being will vibrate. It is possible for these molecules to vibrate so rapidly that the frequency becomes pure light - the light from The Source - The Creator, God.The student of New Age Thought, though perhaps unable to see or to sense the presence of Beings existing on other vibratory levels, can now at least comprehend their existence. As our evolution progresses, as we move to higher levels of being, a wider range of perception will open up to us. But even now, as we struggle through the denser realms of our evolutionary journey, an expanding awareness of higher realms can open our intuition to the many sources of guidance and wisdom available to us.In the elementary sense of the word, vibration is an oscillation, which means a "back and forth" movement. Everything in our universe is governed by vibrations and has been created through vibrations. All that you see around you is made of this vibrating energy. This energy is indestructible. It can’t be destroyed, but it can be changed. This is an important realization, because this means that your soul can raise its energies and experience other levels of existence.As you begin to evolve spiritually, your molecular structure rises in frequency and your spiritual body begins to attract and absorb more and more Light. As light begins to fill the space within each atom, the orbiting speed of the electrons increases. As your conscious awareness grows, so too does your light quotient. The vibrational frequency or rate of oscillation of each atom increases, resulting in a lighter, finer version of YOU. Your being begins to resonate with the finer vibration of higher realms, enabling you to enter into and experience other dimensions of reality previously hidden from the denser, third dimensional YOU.The Power Of Thought While spoken words manifest as acoustic vibrations, thought can also influence a human being on various levels. While thought manifests mostly on the lower mental body they can still have an effect on other levels because all seven bodies of the human being are connected and influence each other. This interactive relation of the aura has the result that negative thought can manifest in the material body as pain or disease.Thought is an actual vibration within your aura, which is created by your lower mental body, but they are vibrations that you can control. Whenever negative thoughts come up, send them into the light. You will soon realize that with some patience you will succeed in becoming the master of your thoughts. It is important to deal with the NOW, the PRESENT, not with the past or the future. You live in the now, and so should your mind.You gain more control over your thoughts when you become involved in spiritual work. Try to think more positively. Develop a more positive view of life by becoming more optimistic, and instead of looking for mistakes, look for solutions.
